We've expanded Parc Llwydiarth once before — carefully growing from 15 to 27 plots in 2000 — and we're bringing the same considered approach to this next chapter. Rather than opening everything at once, we're releasing plots in small phases — so every new owner gets the same personal welcome and attention to detail our existing owners have always enjoyed.

Parc Llwydiarth was established by the Evans family in 1999 with a clear vision: a small, beautiful, immaculately kept park where owners could escape completely. In 2008 the park grew carefully from 15 to 27 plots - and that same unhurried, quality-first approach shapes everything we do today.
