We are excited to announce that Parc Llwydiarth will be expanding!
One step at a time…
The development of Parc Llwydiarth will take place over the next few years with work looking to begin in Spring 2025 and the first plots available from the Summer.
One of the main priorities with the development is to keep the spacious feel of the current layout which you can see on the planning map below. Maintaining the current space between the vans is a top priority and what makes Parc Llwydiarth so unique.
Great care will be taken in carrying out the development plans to ensure minimal disruption to current guests.
9 Caravan Plots
Within the 16 plots, 9 of these will be for Caravan units, the plots in question are numbered 1, 4-5, 6-8, 14-16 shown on the map above.
There is a range of areas available each enjoying their unique space and landscaping.
7 Lodge & Double Unit Plots
New to the site will be the Double Unit and Lodge plots. These will be built specifically for the siting of double units.
These units will be located on Plot numbers 2&3 and 9-13 shown on the map above.
